Has anybody else read Eragon and Eldest?

For those that have, and I may be behind the times here, but apparently 20th Century Fox is making at least the first book into a movie. *bouncing in chair*

I haven't but I have been told by some that they had a hard time putting it down once they began reading them. Very Happy
