Ranks not being honored (was 1.0)

I dident notice this befor but this week playing around
all are able tp Pin or use any power on ones out ranking
them as rank of 40 was able to pin an Owner signed in at rank 100

Moved this to server bugs as the server controls the ranking stuff.

So which server build are you running bro? You can find out by doing 'rev while lorded up.

i have noticed the ranking privs seem to be messed ..........although im not an owner, seems this is a server problem ...... the tech should be able to help with it........ hard to know what your privs are if they are messed up.......
