Hi Carl, Hope all is well ..

Just wanted to let you know i have experianced 3 browser crashes in an attempt to go to the chat feature from the Member Community page.

I used Camino, (ver 1.6 ) and also Firefox ver ( 2.0.0.14 )

and for kicks i tried with Safari (ver 1.3.2)

all had similar effects,

I rebooted, cleared browser casche, and attempted again, an got the screen caps for you , as you see i had the chat link clicked.

Please tell me its my mac and i need a new one, that Government stimulis check will make a good down payment on a new mac..

any ways thanks again for a great software app, it's an everyday part of my online routine, and i wanted you yo know it might be a bug.. cheers ,

Check to make sure you have the latest version of Java installed on your system. Software update should take care of that for you.

What flavor of OS X are you running? Leopard?

Im running mac os 10.3.9 and have java updated. so far

am thinking of goinf with a mac mini or a laptop with 10 .5
