Yep, heard about that one. Apparently that policy has been in place for awhile now, it just recently came to public view.

Long live The Carlyle Group, The Bush Dynasty, Saudi Bin Laden Group, Halliburton, etc, scare tactics seem to work so that you can push anything down a populations throat ... may they prosper in making money, cause that is their only objective, damned socialists that they are ! lol
