Ok, I broke down and went to see tne new Star Trek.

I wish I hadn't Sad

It's certainly a mile a minute thrill ride which is outside the box for Trek, but the story takes the original 69 episodes and pretty much says "oh, that. Nope, never happened".

While it is certainly a time honored tradition in Trek to play with time travel, YOU DO NOT LEAVE THE TIMELINE IN TATTERS AT THE END!
