Last year I was asked to participate in a weekend cancer walkathon , unfortunately I did not participate, I did not think I could handle it, so at the risk of making a fool out of myself I declined...(I call it being a chicken).
This morning, I was again asked to particIpate for the next walkathon and this time i said YESSSS....
For the longest time i have battled with insecurity, always afraid to try this or that..... today thanks to a very special friend of mine who has helped me deal with those insecurities, I feel much better about myself
So in a few months i will start training for this 2 day event and help raise money for this cause...yippeeee

hehe speaking of cancer help:
A danish hairstylist with a salon just got this idea that for minimum 50DKK you can come and get shaved bald... women and men, and you donate the money to the Danish Cancer Organization.... the point being... it's tough for people in chemo when they lose their hair, so... you help the cause and also makes a statement.
On TV this morning a guy and a lady got shaved... the lady being a bit erhm worried lol, but she looked fine afterwards lol
P:S: good luck with the walkathon, Flexie _________________ Cheiron
