I am not sure I completely understand what you are asking Che.. but like the veterans when they perform a ceremony at a grave for a fallen soldier or a veteran.. they shoot 12 guns off into the air but.. its blanks not real bullets.. same at some function and celebrations. when they shoot into the air they are not real Bullets...they just sound like it..

uh.... me thinks the circumstances at an Arlington National Cemetary funeral are a bit different than a riled up crowd with guns in Ajdabiyah, Brega or Benghazi... or Abidjan in Cote d'Ivoire....
