So yes, this is about yet another patent troll. What makes this one different is their going after individual app developers that don't have the resources to fight back.

So yes, if these asshats are successful they will no doubt go after anybody they can that is unable to fight back. Not to mention all the other parasites that will come out of the woodwork to do the same.

If that should come to pass, it will spell the end of all these independent efforts such as Gaia Online, Palace as it stands, and yes Manor too. Not to mention virtually all the apps in the various app stores.

What to do? WRITE YOUR CONGRESSMAN. We all need to make enough noise to get those in power to wake up and realize that these trolls are going to kill this countries ability to compete.
