Bad Prop Files?

Some New Users with XP are not able to open Prop Chest
although sounds and all else works in the chest all they see is the slide Bar
I not sure how to help them when they try to drag one side over to open it up
it only flashes and snaps back closed Any Ideas?

The remembered window size in their prefs file may have gotten messed up. Have them rename the prefs file and see if it clears up the problem.
