Hiya,
we are having increased occasions of "exception errors"... error 10053 etc, manor freezes up and user has to log off, or actually kill manor application to get out of it. Does anybody have similiar problems?
I can't put finger on what on earth it could be, but it is becoming rather frequent.
Also maybe you can log in and it sorta works, but either background does not load, or if you have spotpics in a room, sometimes some pics does not load. Usually fixed by log off and clear cache. (users have cache set at 300-900 Mb) with plenty ram.

10053 is a TCP socket timeout. Which is normally a network failure. However doing some digging it appears that over zealous antivirus software (Norton & McAfee were mentioned by name) can also cause this error to happen.
