If your using the web browser client it's pretty much limited to conversation right now.

If your using the downloaded client, there are some games, and there are several other Manors to choose from as well (they are listed in the Manor Directory).

Manor isn't just a single chat server, and the site owners that have put so much work into building them would have my hide if I even pretended it were Smile
