I have practised for a couple of weeks now after watching the videos closely several times, and I am proud to say that I think I master his dancing style perfectly now, and it has now become my prefered and only dance at home or at parties (with mixed reviews though )
Btw... I find it to be a great exercise if you sit down a lot at work.... e.g. computer geeks, or you just get bored standing in line at the supermarket. I also suggest companies adapt this dancing style and teach employees to do it for 5 minutes each hour, not only will you get pulse up, but you will get a very healthy laugh (at least at your boss)
Wanna try if you can for 5 minutes? ... then stand up from reading this at puter, put on a favorite uptempo song of yours (they usually last 3-5 minutes) ... oh !... and send us the video of it please....
PS: and for those clueless about Studio 12's enigmatic posting and this:

I fail to see why not. Think about it, we spend a lot of time just waiting for something...why not do that? If everybody did that, standing in line in supermarket would be something you looked forward to each day, you would meet new people and maybe get new friends ! Instead people stand like zombies, alienated in their own private cocoon of worries about this and that, looking like a full blown existential crisis in the making.
Besides, it is recommended that we do at least a half hour exercise each day, and people complain they don't have time, cause they are too busy getting stressed out with a job they don't like. This way you get value out of your time standing in line. (works for waiting for the bus too btw)
People also complain they don't have time to make home made food, which is total bu****it cause a nice homemade meal from fresh produce can be done just as fast or faster than some ready made thing from hell that contains a lot of unhealthy chemicals, generally has low nutritional value and taste s**t
(more on food and exercise later...)
PS: and yes... I refuse to get a microwave oven... you guessed right _________________ Cheiron
