In any manor desy get booted, every 5 or so minutes. She have uninstalled manor, is ticking me and her off, How can we fix this. If she continually chat is fine, the moment she do idle, there she goes. She run Vista

oh ho, she goes idle it's punting her. You didn't mention that detail in the email.

Have her try sitting idle at main so I can take a look in the server logs to confirm suspicion. Will need to know date and time and user name of the attempt so can find it later.

Oh, also need to know which client revision she is using.

There is an inactivity timer in the server for killing dead connections, but the client sends a keep alive periodically to let the server know the connection is still good. My suspicion is for some reason her machine isn't sending that message out when it should, but want to confirm with mains server that's what's happening before I tear into the timing code.
